Kingswood Buillders Inc. was founded in 1990 by Bob Green as an Insurance Restoration company doing repairs to damage caused by from fire, wind and water. As the company grew kingswood Builders evolved to include room additions, kitchen and bathroom remodeling with a special interest in Historic Structures throughout the San Marco, Riverside/Avondale and Springfield areas.
Bob is a graduate of the Building Construction program at The University of North Florida and has a hands on approach to restoration projects by participating in the field work of each jobsite while managing and scheduling the specialty contractors required to complete project. Projects completed by Kingswood Builders have been featured on the Springfield and Riverside/ Avondale tour of Homes.
